Shipping Policy

MOST PARCELS ARE DISPATCHED WITHIN 24 HOURS AND OFTEN THE SAME DAY!  I AIM TO DISPATCH ORDERS WITHIN 1 - 2 DAYS DURING BUSY PERIODS.

ROYAL MAIL 2ND CLASS & TRACKED 48* 2 -3 DAYS DELIVERY FROM DISPATCH £3.25 & £3.75.

ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS & TRACKED 24* 1 -2 DAYS DELIVERY FROM DISPATCH £3.99 & £4.75.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

 

If you are ordering a pre-order item (there will be a note on the product description), we will only dispatch the entire order when all items are in stock.   If you would like your in stock items sending straight away then just place two separate orders.

Return & Refund Policy

If you decide you don't want something when it arrives?

We offer a 14 day return/refunds policy which gives you (the customer) the right to return goods within 14 days from when they were received, as per the Government UK guidelines.

​

For online, mail and phone order sales, if you wish to cancel your order we can offer you a refund if you have told us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel:

 

Simply email hilary@strictlysustainable.co.uk to let us know that you wish to cancel.  

 

You then have another 14 days to return your goods once you have told us.

You must return your item in the same condition as it was received and when you return your item, simply keep everything packaged, add a note in the order with your name and order number plus why you are returning and send to:

You will need to pay postage costs and once your item arrives we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to the same form of payment used within 14 days of receiving the goods back and send you an email to confirm. 

 

Please send items tracked and keep proof of receipt until a refund has been issued as we can not take any responsibility for lost items.
